We provide door-to-door delivery across Nigeria.
*Free Delivery on prepaid orders above N 50K
* Pay on Delivery available within Lagos and chargeable (N 2000).
Delivery within Lagos takes 24 hours( exception during rainy season, public holidays and under certain circumstances)
Countrywide within 2 - 6 days ( exception during rainy season, public holidays and under certain circumstances)
Same Day Delivery in Lagos (on orders placed before 11 am, for nearby locations)
No Deliveries on Sunday.
Return
Currently, we are not accepting return. Exchange of clothes and footwear is allowed based on t&c.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-exchangeable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like underwear, (including lingerie), swimwear, accessories( Jewelries, bags, belts, sunglasses, caps, etc.) and electronics.
We also do not accept exchange for goods on discounts, promotions, sales and/or purchased with vouchers/gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
We will accept exchange of clothes with same or higher price than the purchased one. Multiple time exchange is not allowed.
In case of exchange, item needs to bring to our location.
Refunds
Refund is currently not available post purchase. We will issue refund in case of ordered item is not in stock. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
